3. Compliance with Laws
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their country of residence and the destination country. We do not take responsibility for any legal issues arising from non-compliance.
4. Fees and Payments
We do not charge any fees for government services, application processing, or third-party charges. All such fees are to be paid directly by the client to the respective authorities. Our role is limited to providing advisory and support services to assist with the process.
5. Liability Limitation
We are not liable for any loss, delay, or denial of application resulting from errors in information provided by the client or external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to government processing delays or policy changes.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in applications caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.
7. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information provided by clients will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.
8. Intellectual Property

9. Service Modification or Termination

Optional Additions
Dispute Resolution

- Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, the parties agree to participate in mediation facilitated by a neutral third party, with the costs of mediation shared equally between the parties.
- Court Proceedings: If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, the matter shall be submitted to the courts of the State of Texas, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for advisory services once work has commenced, except in cases where it is explicitly stated in a service agreement.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Any cancellations after the commencement of services will be subject to a cancellation fee.
